Embroidered patches use thick threads stitched onto twill backing, giving a raised 3D texture. Woven patches use ultra-thin threads woven together tightly, allowing us to capture high-definition details, small lettering, and complex layouts with a smooth, flat finish.

We support multiple backing styles! Our iron-on backing has a hot-melt adhesive layer, but for permanent heavy wear, we recommend sewing down the merrowed borders. We also offer hook-and-loop Velcro backings.

We offer a free digital proof layout for every custom order. Once our design team matches your artwork specifications and sets up structural cutlines or embroidery paths, we email you a PDF proof. Nothing prints or stitches without your explicit, written email approval.
